Mr. Rinker was born in West Palm Beach, Florida and moved to Fort Pierce 32 years ago.
He loved being outdoors, enjoyed working with trees, gardening, avid wood worker, fisherman, and once worked at the family T.V. business.
Survivors include his wife, Tonda Rinker; daughter, Ashley Rinker and son-in-law, Christopher Cooper all of Fort Pierce, FL; mother, Gloria Rinker and father, Robert Rinker both of North Palm Beach, FL; sisters, Helen Stokes of Lake Worth, FL and Mary Rinker of Pompano Beach, FL; and grandchildren, Angeleah Rinker and Lexie Rinker both of Fort Pierce, FL. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert William Rinker.
