Mrs. Scarpati was born in Gallatin, Pennsylvania, and moved to Port St. Lucie three years ago, coming from Shillington, Pennsylvania.
Adelina was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie and was a matron in the New York school system for 19 years.

She is survived by her daughter, Estelle Salvino of Port St. Lucie; sisters, Stella Marraccini of Venetia, Pennsylvania, Elizabeth Pichini of Mt. Airy, Maryland, and Nardi Casantini of Port St. Lucie; grandsons, David Salvino of Stamford, Connecticut, Peter Salvino and Matthew Salvino both of Port St. Lucie; great grandchildren, Nicole and Andrea Salvino of Stamford, Connecticut and Phillip Salvino of Port St. Lucie.
