Albert was born in Trinidad, moving to Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
Mr. Alexander retired after working as a machinist for the Long Island Railroad for 21 years.
He was survived by his wife of 23 years, Lucy Alexander of Port Saint Lucie, Florida; sister, Audrey Graham and nephew, Stephen Graham of Brooklyn New York ; step-son, Percy Greaves of South Africa; step-son, Alford Greaves of Cary , North Carolina; and step-daughter, Cheryl DeJoie of Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
