Albert J. Masters, 78, died May 17, 2011 in Vero Beach, Florida.
Mr. Masters was born in Chicago, IL and moved to Greenville, SC in 1958 and later moved to various locations in Florida and settling in Fort Pierce in 1998. He was a retired real estate appraiser.
He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving during the Korean War. He was a member of the Italian American Club and of the St. Augustine Episcopal Church in Vero Beach, Florida. He loved all forms of fishing and was an avid fan for both the Chicago Bears and the Chicago Cubs, always believing that this was going to be "the year they go all the way" again.
He was preceded by his beloved wife of over fifty two years, Dorothy. Survivors include his daughter, Jan Masters of Ormond Beach, FL; his son, Steve Masters of Greenville, SC; and 4 grandchildren, Ryan Masters 21, Ashley Masters 13, Kyle Masters 11 and Joshua Masters 7.
