Alexis “Alex” Carrera, 21, passed away on September 11, 2016 in St. Leo, Florida.
Alex was born in Guerrero, Mexico and resided in St. Leo, Florida.
He was a graduate of Ft. Pierce Central, Class of 2013 and attended St. Leo University, St. Leo, FL. He enjoyed playing football. He was a very loving son and brother and was a good student.
Survivors include his mother & father, Sofia Castro-Carrera & Javier Carrera; brothers, Gilberto Carrera-Castro, Javier Carrera-Castro and Jose A. Carrera and sister, Gabriela Carrera-Castro.
Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, September 16, 2016 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A service will be conducted on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Saint Anastasia Catholic Church, Fort Pierce. Burial will follow at Riverview Memorial Park.
