Alice Pearl Miller, died on April 17, 2011 in Fort Pierce, FL. She was born in Bluefield, WV and moved to Fort Pierce 52 years ago, coming from Bluefield.
She was a member of Westside Baptist Church, worked in the lab for Treesweet Products in Fort Pierce for 9-1/2 years, and then prior to retirement, she worked as a clerk for the St. Lucie County Tax Collectors Office for 10 years. She loved her family, reading and dogs.
She is survived by her son; Walter R. Hornsby of Fort Pierce, daughter; Dorothy (Ronald) J. Blair of Fort Pierce, Martha Hornsby of Fort Pierce; son, Roger (Michelle) Hornsby of Fort Pierce; daughter, Linda (Thomas) Peretic of Steamboat Springs, CO, daughter, Claudia (CJ) Fulwood of Fort Pierce, brothers, Richard and Beechie Tibbs, both of Bluefield, WV; sisters, Mary Siegle of Douglas, OH and Ruth Harless of Charlotte, NC, 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Miller.

Friends may call on Wed, April 20, from 10-11 AM at Haisley Funeral Home Chapel, Funeral Services will be conducted at 11 AM, by Dr. Dale Ingersoll.
