Alma R. Kastler, 84, died January 23, 2011 in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Mrs. Kastler was born in Erie, Pennsylvania and moved to Fort Pierce in 2003 coming from Deland, Florida.
She was a member of Indian River Presbyterian Church, Daughters of the Nile, Noble-Ettes, Zuliema Club, and of the Tropical Isles Homeowners Association. She loved ballroom dancing. She also taught piano and played the organ for various churches.
Survivors include her daughter, JoAnne Honkonen of Port St. Lucie, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Kastler.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Indian River Presbyterian Church, 2499 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 34982.
Services: A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 6, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Indian River Presbyterian Church.
