Alma “Joyce” Seay, 72, died April 5, 2005 in Ft. Pierce.She was born in Fulton County, Georgia and moved to South Florida in 1953.Before retirement, she was a Title Clerk for numerous South Florida Automobile dealerships. One of the biggest joys in her life besides her family was her Yorkshire Terriers.She is survived by her husband Mickey; sons, David L. Seay of Georgia, Robert V. Seay and wife Judi of Jacksonville; daughters, Peggy J. Waters and husband Butch of Orlando, Kathy L. Dunn of Ft. Pierce, Sandi Mashburn and husband Don of Charlotte, NC, Shelley Alexander and husband Bob of Tampa; two sisters-in-law, Peggy and Katherine Mashburn of Georgia; 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her son, Von H. Seay, brothers, Robert P. Mashburn and George V.
