Ana Luisa Figueroa, age 88, died February 1, 2013 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Ms. Figueroa was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Ft. Pierce over 35 years ago from the Bronx, New York.
She enjoyed sewing, jigsaw puzzles and cooking. She was a wonderful grandma and loved her family dearly.
She is survived by her daughters: Laura Villaneuva of Fort Pierce; Gladys Kalandranis of Gainesville, VA; Evelyn Figueroa of Chicago, Illinois; Ana Lobianco of Fort Pierce; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Joseph Figueroa.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation , P. O. Box 650309, Dallas, Texas 75265-0309 or the American Cancer Society, 3375 20th Street #100, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
Services: Visitation will be held Monday, February 4, 2013 from 6-9 PM in the Haisley Funeral Home Chapel, Wake Service at 7 PM; Mass of Burial on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 11 AM in the Haisley Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will be held at White City Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service.
