Survivors include his daughters, Kristie Butler of Massena, NY and Tiffany Smith of Las Vegas, NV; mother, Jacqueline Tettemer of Fort Pierce, FL; stepfather, Ed Tettemer of Ft. Pierce, FL; and 4 grandchildren.
