Mrs. Hammaker was born in Amsterdam and moved to Fort Pierce in 1980 coming from Bowie, Maryland.
She was an animal lover, loved her dogs especially and enjoyed helping others.
Survivors include her husband, David Hammaker of Fort Pierce, FL; sister, Martine (Jeff) Kraus; mother, Edith Mundy; step-daughter, Jena Roberts; step-grandchildren, Sarah, Zack and Dakota. She was preceded in death by her father, Colen Mundy.
