Ann Polk, 60, died April 17, 2007 in Fort Pierce, Florida.Mrs. Polk was born on March 14, 1947 in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Ft. Pierce 14 years ago coming from South Williamsport, Pennsylvania.She worked in housekeeping at I.R.C.C. for 12 years, member of the Red Hat Society and had been very active with Little League Baseball. She loved collectables and loved to garden.Survivors include her husband, James Polk of Ft. Pierce, FL; son, Nickolas (Michelle) Polk of Atlanta, GA, daughter, Linda (Skip) Reichert of State College, PA; brother, Bob Schroder of Apex, NC; sisters, Marie Sulkey of Cornwallville, NY, Gloria Booth of Stroudsburg, PA and Robin Boesch-Petrie of Jensen Beach, FL and 7 grandchildren.Memorial contributions may be made to Ann Polk Endowment Student Scholarship, make checks payable to the IRCC Foundation, 3209 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 34981.
