Mrs. LaFontaine was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to the area last year coming from Oregon.
She was a secretary for educational records.
Survivors include her daughter Denise LaFontaine of Palm Bay, FL; sister Mickie Krever of Port St Lucie, FL. She was preceded in death by her son Gary LaFontaine.
