Anthony “Breakers Tony” Farinella, 88, passed away March 7, 2016 in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
Tony was born August 25, 1927 to Charles Farinella and wife Lucy (Billante) in Carnegie, Pennsylvania. He moved to Port St. Lucie FL with his wife Carol (Keele) in 1984.
Tony attended Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He worked for Cyclops Specialty Steel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for 32 years as an X-ray Specialist. Tony served in the Army during World War II and was stationed in Panama. After he moved to Port Saint Lucie he opened Breakers Billiards with his son, Eric. He also enjoyed tap dancing.
Tony was predeceased by his beloved wife Carol (b.3/21/36-d.3/21/10). Survivors include; son, Eric F. Farinella and wife Gail(Christopher) and grandson Christian Farinella both of Raleigh, North Carolina, daughter Susan T. Farinella Martin of Port Saint Lucie, Florida and sister Sharlene Romain, as well as extended family. Tony was also predeceased by brother, Joseph Farinella.
