Anthony “Tony” Freitas

Anthony Freitas, 53, of Port St. Lucie, FL passed away April 11, 2023.

Anthony was born November 4, 1969 in New Jersey. On June 25, 1994 he married Kelly-Ann Dunton.

Tony spent most of his career working in the pizzeria business.  He loved to cook, in fact he loved everything about food. Tony spent his free time with friends and family but mostly loved spending quiet time at home with his wife Kelly. Tony was a devoted New York Giants fan. He loved golfing with friends and playing Spades and Dominoes. He especially found great joy in coaching all his nephews in baseball and football. He loved having long conversations with his brother Mike and debating with his niece Sarah. Although Tony had no children of his own, he was a devoted family man always caring for others with selflessness and unconditional love.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 29 years, Kelly; brothers Michael Freitas (Shea) and Richard (Rosemary) Freitas.

He is predeceased by his parents Richard Freitas and Anastasia D’Agostino and brother Joseph Freitas.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 12PM to 1PM with a service to begin at 1PM at the Haisley Tribute Center 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd Port St. Lucie, FL 34984.
