Anthony “Tony” Parziale, Jr., 70, of Hobe Sound, Florida passed away on October 11th, 2020 in Jupiter, Florida.
Tony was born on March 27th, 1950 in Cleveland, Ohio to Anthony Sr. and Marie Parziale. His family made Florida their home when Tony was 14 years old and he remained in the Sunshine State for his entire life, building roots that will remain even with his passing. In 1977, he married the love of his life Margaret Elkins and started a family - his greatest achievement. Two daughters and a son followed; he then moved his family to Treasure Coast in 1999, coming from Palm Beach County.
Tony loved nothing more than spending time with his daughters and son, instilling in them a love not only for each other but also for moments spent outside together - exploring the natural beauty of the woods, boating on the deep blue waters, and enjoying all of the blessings Florida has to offer. Despite fifty-six years in the Sunshine State, he remained a stalwart Cleveland Browns fan, though he could not pass that passion on to the next generation!
His proudest role in life was being a grandfather and he reveled in the opportunity to watch his four grandsons grow up; teaching them to fish and swim and appreciate the outdoors all while showering them with affection. Christopher, Andrew, Beau, and Hunter adored their grandfather and will miss him fiercely but will always carry with them his love, commitment to family, and joy in being together. They, along with his wife and children, are his ever-lasting legacy.
Tony is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Peggy; daughters Stacy Bloomquist of Lake Worth, FL; Mindy (Daniel) Cook of Port St. Lucie, FL; son Anthony (Whitley) Parziale of Port St. Lucie, FL; grandsons Christopher, Andrew, and Beau Bloomquist and Hunter Parziale; and brother, Nick (Georgia) Parziale of Palm Beach Gardens, FL. He will be missed by all and loved for eternity.
A Gathering will be held on Saturday, October 24 from 1PM to 3PM with a Memorial Service to start at 3PM at the Haisley Tribute Center 2041 SW Bayshore.
