Anthony "Tony" Brown, Dmd

Anthony “Tony” Brown, DMD, 74, died July 14, 2008 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.Dr. Brown was born in Louisville, Kentucky and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1964 coming from Chattahoochee, Florida.
He was a member of St. Mark’s Catholic Church, Veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Korean Conflict and was an avid golfer. Tony graduated from the University of Louisville Dental School in 1963 and practiced dentistry in Fort Pierce for 27 years.Survivors include his wife, Janis R. Brown of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughter, Kelley Fields of Port St. Lucie, FL; sons, Jay Brown of Gainesville, FL, Kerrick Brown of Sumter, SC, and Matt Brown of Orlando, FL; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brothers & sisters, Bart Brown of Ft. Thomas, KY, Janie Abell of Port St. Lucie, FL, Thomas Brown, Mary Ann Quesenberry, Jim Brown, Kathleen Kelley and Joe Brown of all of Louisville, KY. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Melissa Brown and granddaughter, Ashley Escobar.Memorial contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18, 2008 from 5-7 PM with a Wake Service at 5:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2008 at 10:00 AM at St. Mark’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at White City Cemetery with military honors.
