Arlene P. Costigan, 73, died September 6, 2023 in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Mrs. Costigan was born in Boston, Massachusetts and resided in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Arlene went to Hyde Park High School and studied at Indian River State College. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, watching movies, and going to the beach.  Arlene was a devoted grandmother and mom who will truly be missed by her family.

Survivors include her children, Melissa (Wes) Nason of Port St. Lucie, FL, Joe (Cynthia) Costigan of Port St. Lucie, FL, and James Costigan; brothers, Lenny Mann and Rick Needleman both of California; and grandchildren, Alexina and Caden Costigan, Arabella Nason, and Sophia Nason. She was preceded in death by her mother, Elaine Douglas, stepfather, Harry Douglas, and father, Sidney Needleman. 

Services:  Memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
