Arthur S. Wood Sr., 76, died on September 2, 2013.
He was a native of Albany, N.Y. and a resident of Ft Pierce for 35 years.
A veteran who served in the Air Force, and was a major appliance technician for G.E. in NY, and worked for Skaggs Electric in Ft Pierce, Mr. Wood was a member of the Catholic faith and a member of the Sailfish Legion #197.
Survivors include daughters, Joanne Penders of Jacksonville, Sharan Monteleone of Ft Pierce, Patricia Walker of GA, Stephanie Fahey of OH, and Lisa Parker of TN, his sons, Arthur S. Wood Jr. of West Palm, and Michael Wood of NY, Sister, Patricia Furst of Ft Pierce, and Peter Wood of WA, 17 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Wood, of 29 years
