Athena Carter-Larmon, beloved mother and grandmother, departed for her Heavenly Home on the morning of April 5, 2025 surrounded by the family she so lovingly served. She returns to the embrace of her Lord, her mother and father, brother, David, and son, Ronnie Jr. in heaven. She is survived by her daughters, Tiffany, Tabitha, Kayla and Katie; sons-in-law, John and Andrew; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Hiro, Jude, Xavier and Briauna.
Athena was born on April 13, 1964 in Asheville, North Carolina and grew up in the mountains of Tennessee until, as a young woman, she was called to serve and minister all across the country. She settled here in Fort Pierce in 1973 and helped her mother, Ada establish the Prince of Peace Revivals Church and served the community until 2010. Athena’s life was one of service to the Lord and to her family- a life of hard-earned joy and music made to move the heavens and the earth.
“Love never ends.”
