Audrey Jean Bleuer, 86, was welcomed into the loving arms of her heavenly Father on August 18th, 2018 at the Lynmoore Assisted Living Facility in Fort Pierce, Florida. She was the wife of Harold “Squirt” Eugene Bleuer. They were married for 66 years.
She was born in Orion, Illinois on February 9, 1932. She was the daughter of Glen Al Vern and Alvera Jovanna Granger. She Graduated from Alwood High School in Woodhall, Illinois. She was a homemaker and Loving Mother. Audrey was a member of the Fountain of Life Church in Okeechobee, Florida. She enjoyed many hobbies, including reading, music, crafts, fishing, looking for rocks, camping and being outdoors.
She will be remembered for loving her family, spending time with “Bleuer” fishing and going on trips. She was a great joke teller. She loved music. She enjoyed her time being a volunteer ranger at the Loud Thunder Boy Scout Camp.
She is survived by her spouse Harold, children Ann (Randy) Bowser, Mark (Susan) Bleuer, Susan (Randy) Parker, Janet (Juan) Pacheco and Nicholas Bleuer, her brother Clayton (Jean) Granger, her sister Lucille (Don) Clasen, 18 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her parents and son Vern Bleuer, his wife Denise and great-grandson Randy Bower-Smith. She had many friends.
The Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, August 29th, 2018 at 3:00 at the Lynmoore Assisted Living Facility, 1550 North Lawnwood Circle, Fort Pierce, Florida, 34950.
Memorial donation in lieu of flowers may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
Our family would like to give a special thank you to the Hospice nurses and to the Lynmoore Assisted Living Facility for the wonderful care they gave mom. A special thank you goes to Sam and Mavilla and to the ladies at the Bad Girl table.
