Barbara J. Kirkpatrick, 66, died August 1, 2017 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mrs. Kirkpatrick was born in Fort Pierce, Florida and resided in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
She graduated from Dan McCarty High School, received her Bachelor’s degree from Stetson University and her Master’s degree from the University of West Georgia. She retired after 30 years from DeKalb County School System and was a member of Christ the King Presbyterian Church, Port St. Lucie.
Survivors include her son, David Mason Kirkpatrick of Winter Haven, FL; mother, Mary Becht Holcomb of Fort Pierce, FL; brothers, Charles (Beverly Noelke) Becht of Atlanta, GA and Edward (Colleen Nash-Becht) of Fort Pierce, FL and sister, Carol (Ken) Twiddy of Lake Oconee, GA.
Services: A service will be held on Friday, August 4, 2017 at 8:30 AM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. Burial will take place at 9:30 AM at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Fort Pierce.
