Barbara Ann Osteen, 82, passed away on July 13, 2023 in Okeechobee, Florida.

Mrs. Osteen was born in Fort Pierce, Florida and moved to Okeechobee, Florida in 2007.

Survivors include her son, Carson Osteen of Vero Beach, FL; daughter, Nada Osteen of Okeechobee, FL; son, Samuel Osteen of Port St. Lucie, FL; and many grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Floyd Osteen; son, Samuel Oscar Osteen; daughter, Sharon Marie Osteen; and grandson, Jason Christopher Osteen.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 17, 2023 at 11:00 AM at White City Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral Home. An online guest book may be signed at www.haisleyfuneralhome.com
