Mrs. Polburn-Johns was born in Euclid, Ohio and moved to Jensen Beach in 1969 coming from Painesville, Ohio.
Prior to retirement, she was an accountant.
Survivors include her daughters, Charlene J. Polburn of Stuart, FL and Darlene P. Brushwood of Lexington, NC; grandchildren, Daniel L. Polburn, James W. Brushwood, M. Chase Brushwood, Charles L. Brushwood, Jenisen M. Brushwood, W. Ellis Brushwood, Alexandra and Addison Simpson; 1 great-granddaughter, Paige V. Brushwood and companion, Alfred Simpson. She was preceded in death by her sons, James W. Polburn and John B. Polburn, daughter, Donna Jean Polburn, and husband, James F. Polburn.
