Beady O. Scott, 93, died January 23, 2009 in Ft. Pierce, FL.
Ms. Scott was born in Lake City, Florida and came to Ft. Pierce in 1939 coming from Plant City, Florida.
She was a retired hairdresser and member of Northside Christian Fellowship.
Survivors include in daughters, Betty Lee Dampier, of Ft. Pierce, FL, Barbara Ann Whiddon, of Andrews, NC and Carolyn Jane Biles, of Ft. Pierce, FL; sisters, Verla Ellis, of Auburndale, FL and Irma Sloan, of Ft. Pierce, FL; 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elzie Scott and sisters, Ruby Windser, Pearl Hamm, Beulah Noon, and Juanita Logue.
Memorial contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian St., Stuart, FL 34997.
Services: A visitation will be held Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at Haisley Funeral Home from 6-8 PM. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2009 in the chapel at 10 AM with burial to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
