Beatrice L. Reitz, 82, died on April 5, 2009 in Fort Pierce, FL. She was born in Vero Beach and moved to Fort Pierce in 1981, coming from Philadelphia, PA.
She was a secretary for 30 years.
She is survived by her brothers, Edward F. Black of Fort Pierce, Raymond J. Black of Fort Pierce, George A. (Patti Jo) Black of Ocala, and Rodney P. (Cindy) Black of Fort Pierce; sister, Mary (Rod) Paul of Pamlico, NC; special family, Jerry and Samantha Graff of Fort Pierce.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Edward L. Reitz; her parents, Benjamin L. and Loca Mae Black; and nephews, Jim and Jason Black.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997 or to The Crossing Community Church, 8103 Indrio Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34951.
Services: Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2009 from 9-11 AM with a service to follow at 11:00 AM at Haisley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
