Beatrice P. Douglas, 72, died February 26, 2008 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Mrs. Douglas was born in Statenville, Georgia and has been a long time resident of Ft. Pierce.She retired from Tropicana after 18 years of dedicated service and was a member of the Teamsters.Survivors include her sons, Johnny Franklin Douglas of Ft. Pierce, FL and Little Bill Douglas of Palm Coast, FL; daughter, Marilyn Raines of Knoxville, TN; 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Margaret Logston of Ft. Pierce, FL, Lois Lane of Ft. Pierce, FL and Jeanette Nettles of Okeechobee, FL; and 1 brother. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Henry Douglas.Memorial contributions may be made to the Treasure Coast Hospices, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.Services: Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2008 from 5-8 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A service will be held on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Riverview Memorial Park.
