Bernard E. Dutro

Bernard E. Dutro, 85, passed away peacefully at home on September 20, 2011 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Dutro was born in Zanesville, Ohio and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1978.
He was the Director of Engineering at a hospital prior to retirement. He proudly served in the United States Navy and was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Zanesville, Ohio for over 50 years.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Brenda Joy Dutro of Ft. Pierce, FL; sons, Larry Dutro of Ft. Pierce, FL and John Jay (Darla) Flinn of Weston, FL; daughters, Christy Chastain of Morrow, GA and Rhonda (Donald) Yongue of Port St. Lucie, FL; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Bernard Dutro, Jr.
Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, September 23, 2011 from 5-8 PM with a Masonic Service at 6:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A service will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at White City Cemetery with Military Honors.
