Bertha L. Carpenter-Scibran-Burnside

She was born in Buffalo, New York and was a resident of Fort Pierce, Florida.
She was preceded in death by husband Florian A. Scibran & husband Leo Burnside, Son Michael J. Scibran , Sisters Josephine Carpenter, Betty Carpenter-McNatty, Brothers, Charlie Carpenter, Robert Carpenter. Survivors include, Daughters, Joyce Scibran- Kelly, Katherine Scibran, Barbra Scibran- Ballistrea , Sons, David Scibran, Robert Scibran, 18 Grandchildren & 11 Great Grandchildren, Brothers, George Carpenter, Thomas Carpenter, Sisters, Sally Carpenter-Suto, Judy Carpenter-Baker.
Some of her interests were: She was a member of Tall Pines Red Hat Ladies Group, She was in Laureate Alpha Omega Sorority, She was a Pink Lady Volunteer at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Fort Pierce. Bertha loved to play cards and games & loved the color purple, butterflies and angels. The last few years of her life she resided at Lake Forest Park Senior Living where she made many friends and spent a lot of time with her friend and companion Bob.
There will be a Memorial Celebration of Life for Bertha in Buffalo New York on June 24th 2017.
