Elizabeth Charlotte Ferguson-Mackey died Saturday morning, January 5, 2013, in Fort Pierce, FL.

Born September 27, 1927 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Betty moved to Fort Pierce in 1988 and was just recently preceded in death by her husband, Andrey V. Mackey.

Besides her loving family, Betty will be missed by the many, many friends she made over the years as a paralegal secretary , a dance instructor and travel agent. She and her husband Andrey were members of St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church in Fort Pierce, FL.

Survivors include her daughter, Sandy (Darrel) Spinosi; sons, Larry (Jill) McIntyre, Dennis (Carlotta) McIntyre and stepson, Alan (Susan) Mackey; sisters, Joan Markus and, Dorothy Ferguson; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in Betty’s memory to Treasure Coast Hospice, 5000 Dunn Road, Fort Pierce, Florida 34981.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 9th from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM followed by a Service at 1:00 PM at the Haisley Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will be at Riverview Memorial Park.
