Betty Jean Selph Lott, born on May 12, 1932 in Tallahassee, FL passed away peacefully on April 26, 2019 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Betty was married to Paul E. Selph, Sr. on 1/21/1947 for many happy years and later happily married to Pete Lott on 9/23/1989.
Betty attended Dan McCarty and was in the marching band and later completed her GED at IRCC and was the proud Owner/Operator of Selph Janitorial Service.
Mrs. Selph Lott was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses and was serving Jehovah as a fulltime pioneer. Betty also enjoyed spending time with family and friends especially the family reunions, attending conventions, camping, cruises, dancing, fishing, singing and going on vacations.
She will be deeply missed by her beloved daughters; Gloria Lacey of Indian Lake Estates, FL, Mitzi Moree of Ft. Pierce, FL, Katherine (KayGee) Ledlow of Lake Wales, FL, Linda Darlene Maney of Port St. Lucie, FL; 16 Grandchildren, 24 Great-Grandchildren, 8 Great Great-Grandchildren.
Her oldest son Paul E. Selph, Jr. missed her so deeply he joined her less than a week after her death. She is preceded in death by her father; Leonard Anderson, mother, Ellen Rolewicz, husband, Paul E. Selph, Sr., brother, Robert Anderson and husband, Pete Lott.
There will be a dual visitation and ceremony for Paul and his mother Betty Jean Selph Lott, because they had such a close and loving relationship in life the family takes comfort in doing their service together.
Visitation will be at 2:00pm with ceremony starting at 3:00pm, Reception will be available at the Haisley Reception Hall immediately following the Ceremony while Graveside will follow for Betty at Riverview Memorial Cemetery, 1101 N. US Highway 1 in Fort Pierce, Reception will continue after the Graveside Services at the Haisley Reception Hall.
