He was a builder in the construction industry and enjoyed bowling and fishing.
Survivors include his wife, of 53 years, Euell Carter of Ft. Pierce, FL; son Travis (Charlene) Carter of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughters Teresa (Geoff) Carter Gabriel of Vero Beach, FL and Tracy Carter of Ft. Pierce, FL; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Services: A visitation will be held on Thursday November 15, 2012 from 1-2PM with a service to follow at 2:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
