Brenda L. (Malorzo) Foglia, 80, of Port St. Lucie, Florida passed away on August 23, 2021.
Brenda was born on December 14, 1940 in Utica, New York to Thomas and Ann Marlozo. She married Martin Foglia on October 17, 1977.
Brenda had a successful career as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of WABC in New York for over 35 years. She belonged to countless ministries through the years at St. Bernadette’s Catholic Church, including the stewardship Council. She received great joy from being part of the building of St. Bernadette’s and headed many fundraising committees for the parish.
Cooking was one of Brenda’s favorite things to do, she was always trying new and interesting recipes. Bren, as her loved ones knew her, was an avid reader. She would read everything, fiction to non-fiction and as many as 3 books at a time. She also loved entertaining and volunteering.
Bren was our “second” mother for over 44 years, and a part of our family for over 60. She always introduced as “her” children and loved and treated us as if we were her own. Her commitment to “love of family” was very important to her. We respected and loved her for all she gave to us. She will be our “Angel” watching over us!
