Brenda Denise Leonard

Brenda Denise “Lil Momma” Leonard, died February 9, 2019 in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Mrs. Leonard was born in Fort Pierce, Florida then moved to Fort Huachuca, Arizona where her family resided on a military base and then moved back to Fort Pierce in 1982.

She worked in housekeeping and received her GED from Colonel Smith Middle School in Fort Huachuca, Arizona. She enjoyed cooking, reading the Bible and listening to music.

Survivors include her father, Russell Kendrick of Fort Pierce, FL ; brother, Steven Leonard of Fort Pierce, FL; sister, Sabrina Leonard Harper of Fort Pierce, FL; aunts, Betty & Sue Leonard of Fort Pierce, FL; uncle, Elbert Leonard of Fort Pierce, FL; nieces, Destenné Leonard of Jensen Beach, FL and Stephanie Leonard of Fort Pierce, FL; cousins, Corey Wilson, Carolyn Leonard, James Grey, Tanisha Denise Leonard “Tee Tee”, D’ariyah Mills, Rodney Jones, Taliyah Jones, Jasmine Leonard, Ja’Myla Leonard, Ja’Nyla Leonard, Jarvis Leonard, Jayveon Leonard all of Fort Pierce, FL, and Brent Leonard and Alasia Leonard both of Vero Beach, FL. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Tanisha Leonard, grandmother, Adele Porter, mother, Glenda Leonard Cunningham, grandfather, Elmore Leonard, uncle, Kenny Leonard and aunt, Barbara Jean “Pee Wee” Leonard.

Services: Visitation will be held Friday, February 15, 2019 from 10:00-11:00 AM with a service to follow at 11:00 AM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
