Candace Virginia Sherman Fender, 68, died October 28, 2021 in Tampa, Florida.
Mrs. Fender was born on March 3, 1953 in San Francisco, California and resided in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Candace graduated from the University of South Florida. She was a member of St. Andrew’s Church and was a leader of the Girls Scouts. She loved being with her family, gardening, cooking, photography, traveling, and volunteering with the Girl Scouts and at her church.
Survivors include her husband, David Fender, Sr. of Tampa, FL; daughter, Jessica (John) Szczesny of Tampa, FL; sons, David (Tanya) Fender of Stuart, FL and Colin (Stephanie) Fender of Ponte Verde Beach, FL; and grandchildren, Alex, Chloe, Tripp, Mary Chase, Charlotte, Caroline, and Copeland; sister, Tyna Sherman Westman (Jack) of Cambridge, VT; sister-in-law, Maureen Ellsworth Sherman ( William, decd.) of Valrico, FL; and many loved nieces and nephews.

Services: A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Andrew’s Church, 210 South Indian River Dr., Fort Pierce, FL 34950.
