Carl E Eardley, 45, passed Friday morning, September 18, 2015. He was born in Michigan, but moved to St. Lucie County as a small child. As a youth, he was a member of the Boy Scouts of America and trained in karate. Raised locally, he attended and graduated from John Carroll High School and was a member of the school’s football team. After graduation, he worked in the hospitality industry and began to raise a family, only to later become a proud stay at home father to help his wife pursue her own career. He was a light hearted and loving man who brought happiness to others with his personality and joyful laughter. He was fanatical about Florida Gators and their football program. His love for the Gators was only surpassed by the love for his family and friends. He was survived by his mother, Judy Eardley; his brothers, Chris Eardley and Keith Finnley; his wife, Kimberly Eardley; two children, Kinley and Jack Eardley. The family will be holding a memorial service at 11:00 AM at The Fort Pierce Shrine Club, 4600 Oleander Ave, on September 26, 2015 in which his family and friends can come together and celebrate his life.
