Carl Hayward Bolyard, Jr., 68, died August 7, 2008 in Port St. Lucie, Florida.Mr. Bolyard was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey and moved to Port St. Lucie in 2006 having lived in Littleton, Colorado and Orlando, Florida.
He was a manger of sales and an avid golfer. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Diane Bolyard of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughters, Dawn Schramm of Port St. Lucie, FL, Dr. Wendy Bolyard of Baltimore, MD and Danielle Armbruster of Ashburn, VA; and two grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Ralph H. Hruban, M.D., Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions, 401 North Broadway, Weinberg 2242, Baltimore, MD 21231-2410.Services: A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Indian River Presbyterian Church.
