Mr. Rhoda was born in Bedford, Indiana and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1962 coming from Franklin, Indiana.He was a restaurant owner.
Survivors include his sons, Jack Rhoda of Palm Beach Gardens, Carl E. Rhoda of Florida, and Charles F. Rhoda of Nevada; daughters, Jill C. Rhoda of Georgia, and Barbara Morton of Indiana; 15 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren; he was predeceased by his wife, Mary Rhoda.
