Carl Alvin Western, 66, peacefully went to be with the Lord on February 19, 2014 in Hospice of West Palm Beach, Florida.
Mr. Western was born in Memphis, Tennessee and moved to Fort Pierce 30 years ago and recently relocated to Vero Beach, Florida.
He was a member of the Glad Tidings Pentecostal Church of God and a Veteran of the U.S. Army serving during Vietnam.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline Martinez Western of Vero Beach, FL; daughter, Brandy; brother, Bobby Western; sister, Dorothy Michaels; uncle, William Western; stepson, John Wayne Jones of Okeechobee, FL; stepdaughters, Mary Jones Conrad of Vero Beach, FL and Betty Ann Smith of Fort Pierce, FL; and 20 step-grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jim Western.
