Carol Ann Gerow, 73, passed away on December 23,2022 in Vero Beach, FL.
Carol was born in Annapolis, MD to Edwin and Hazel Coulson. She lived in Vero Beach since 1987 coming from Colorado.
She graduated from Rancocas Valley Regional High School in 1996 with high honors and was a member of the National Honor Society. After high school she attended Helene Fuld Nursing School in New Jersey. Carol was a devoted mother taking time away from work to raise her two boys. When she returned to the workplace, she worked at Lerner’s Department Store; She had a love for fashion. When the family moved to Florida, Carol got a job working with the Florida House of Representatives. She was a secretary for the local representative in Vero Beach. Prior to retiring, Carol worked for the City of Vero Beach’s Attorney as a paralegal.

In her free time, Carol enjoyed swimming, reading, watching movies, and doing Pilates. Carol loved music, especially Classic Rock. She played the guitar and the accordion. She also enjoyed traveling to visit family in Illinois and California. She also looked forward to her day trips with her sister Connie.

Carol is survived by her son, Jon Gerow (Lois), of Pleasanton, CA; sister, Connie Conrad (Edwin), of Winter Springs, FL; brother, Claude Coulson (Judy), of Middletown, DE and grandchild, Fox Gerow, of Pleasanton, CA.

She was preceded by her son, Christopher Gerow and parents, Edwin and Hazel.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, April 3, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce, Florida.
