CAROL ANNE (GWYN) MOFFETT

Port Saint Lucie, FL. Carol Anne (Gwyn) Moffett, age, 79, died May 3, 2024.

Anne was predeceased by her husband Dale, mother Sarita Tanquary Rapson, and stepfather Charles Rapson.

Anne was an Administrative Officer with the United States Department of Agriculture in Dover, Delaware, having retired in 1996. She was a Registered Nurse and a graduate of Gwynedd Mercy University in Gwynedd Valley, PA. In 1996, Anne was the recipient of the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Award for Equal Employment and Civil Rights at the 50^th Annual Honor Awards in Washington, D.C. She was also a finalist in the Federal Women’s Programs Council of Woman of the Year in recognition of Outstanding Federal and Public Service in Philadelphia, PA.

Anne was a life member of the Top of the Bay Cruising Association in the Maryland Chesapeake Bay Area.

Anne is survived by her beloved daughters Jennifer Sarina Sines (Wendy), Marissa Ann Walker (Phillip) and granddaughter Brianna Matthews, all of Port Saint Lucie, Florida.

Anne will be buried privately at a later date.
