Ms. Rogers was born in Miami, Florida and resided in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida coming from Fort Pierce, Florida.
Carrie worked in the restaurant industry and loved doing make-up. She was a beautiful person inside and out and a good friend to many.
Survivors include her daughter, Luka Kulikowski; mother and step-father, Ronald & Barbara Spencer of Okeechobee, FL; father, Larkin C. Rogers, Jr.; sister, Melissa Rogers of Okeechobee, FL; grandmother, Ruby Combs of South Carolina; brother, Edwin Spencer of Wisconsin; aunt, Judy Swails of South Carolina; uncles, Lee Combs of Port St. Lucie, FL and Jerry Combs of Vero Beach, FL. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert O. Combs.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
