Carvel L. McLean, 96, died February 2, 2010 in Ft. Pierce, FL.
Mr. McLean was born in Cayman Islands and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1979 coming from Brooklyn, New York.
He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy during WWII and worked as a Merchant Marine.
Survivors include his son, Roderick McLean of Woodbridge, VA; sister, Ellese McLaughlin of Grand Cayman Island; brothers, Godfrey McLean of Grand Cayman Island and Leslie McLean of London, England; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
Services: Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 7, 2010 from 6-8 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A service will be conducted on Monday, February 8, 2010 at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at White City Cemetery.
