She was born on May 4, 1962 in Greenport, New York to Cornelius and Lillian Nine. Cathy was a devoted wife and loving mother. She was married to Jimmie Kemp for 25 years before his passing in 2011. She then met H.E. Duke Scabarozi III and they wed on March 26, 2014.
She worked at Florida Power & Light for 34 years.
Cathy is survived by her husband, Duke Scabarozi; sons, TJ and Kyle Kemp and sister; Terry Hall.
