Cecil Edward Green, 63, died September 29, 2016 in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Mr. Green was a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce, Florida.

He worked for Piper Aircraft for 30 years as a Lead Man. He was the founder & drummer of the Country Tradition Band and continued to play with friends. He was a graduate of Fort Pierce Central High School and a member of Westside Baptist Church. He loved playing the drums, fishing, working on lawnmowers, eating at Moonswiners and Christmas lights. He was known for his huge Christmas light display.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Green; sons, Eddie (Jynni) Green and Joe (Ann) Green; daughter, Lisa Green; mother, Elizabeth Green; brother, Billy (Helen) Green; sister, Thelma Tipton; granddaughter, Sydney all of Fort Pierce, FL and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made the Charity of One’s Choice.

Services: Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 from 10-11 AM with a service to follow at 11:00 AM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
