Chad David Stephenson, 42, passed away on July 30, 2014 in Ft. Pierce, FL. He was born December 31, 1971, in Union City, Tennessee. He moved to Vero Beach at the age of 13 and graduated from Vero Beach High in 1991. He attended vocational school at McKenzie Vocational School in Tennessee and studied to be a mechanic. Chad's passion was driving trucks. He was a long distance truck driver and hauled anything and everything from coast to coast. He drove trucks for over 20 years.
Chad enjoyed traveling to the mountains to stack rocks in the streams, playing the guitar, singing and spending time with family and friends. He loved to sit on the porch looking at all his plants and listening to it rain. He always had a smile on his face and never met a stranger. He had friends all over the country.
Chad is survived by his wife, Amy Stephenson; two sons, Chase Stephenson and Andrew Evans; father, David Stephenson; mother, Teresa Jones and husband Jimmy; brother, Eric Stephenson and husband Absalon; sister, McKenna Stephenson and many many special friends.
