Charles Edward Cole, Jr., 82, died June 29, 2010 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Cole was born in Ben Hill, Georgia and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1989 coming from Atlanta, Georgia.
Prior to retirement, he worked for Goodyear Tire Company and was a Veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Korean War. He was a protector, loving husband, father and grandfather.
Survivors include his wife, Emilia M. Cole of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughters, Glenda Matesic of Vero Beach, FL and Ann Hamblin of Southaven, MS; three grandsons, Jason Wingo of Southaven, MS, Glen and Ryan Collins both of Ft. Pierce, FL.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.
Services: A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 4, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Haisley Funeral Home.
