Charles Edward Hornsby, age 86, died June. 30, 2016 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Ed was born in Franklin, Ohio. He had 5 older brothers and 2 older sisters. He moved to Florida in
1967 and lived in Ft. Pierce for the past 38 years.
Ed enjoyed old westerns, driving Cadillacs and Hooter’s wings as attested to by his granddaughter,
Stephanie. He was a wonderful husband, Dad and Grandpa. He adored his little lap dog, Mindy who was a constant companion for the past 4 years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Diane. She was by his side continuously during the past few years. She adored him and was his greatest source of joy. Other survivors include his son, Joseph Edward Hornsby; a daughter and son-in-law, Pamela Sue and Roy Parker; two grandchildren, Michael (Michele) Parker, and Stephanie (Carlos) Guzman; and five great grandchildren; Cristina, Jacenda, Kaylee, Devin, and Samantha.
He was preceded in death by his parents, all of his siblings, and a daughter, Jan Elyse Wyne.
