Charles Q. James, 74, died February 21, 2018 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. James was a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce, Florida.
Prior to his retirement in 2005, he owned and operated Charles Q. James Electrical Contractors in Fort Pierce for 35 years. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, was of the Catholic faith, and a member of the Knights of Columbus. Charles loved to fish, boating, hanging out with his friends and going to Las Vegas.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Sherry James of Fort Pierce, FL; daughter, Charlene (Jason) James- Starkey of Fort Pierce, FL; grandchildren, Dylan Brewer, Mecalia James, Tarra (Devon) Orrill, Danielle James and Brianna James and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, David James.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 from 4-6 PM with a service to follow at 6:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
