Charles was born on March 20, 1979 in Fort Pierce, Florida to Charles Sr and Phyllis Reese.
Charles graduated from Lincoln Park Academy in 1998. He was a member of Liberty, Truth and Deliverance Church, and was a Manager at Harvest Food and Outreach of the Treasure Coast. He was a devoted father.
Survivors include; father, Charles Edward Reese Sr of Fort Pierce, Florida; children, Kayla and Kamri Reese; siblings, Tonya Brooks of New York; LaShonda Brown of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, Latoria Reese of Fort Pierce, Florida, Christopher Reese of Fort Pierce, Florida, Chontel Reese of Fort Pierce, Florida; paternal grandparents, Joseph and Pauline Noble of Fort Pierce, Florida; maternal grandmother, Vera Williams of Fort Pierce, Florida; paternal grandparents, Charles and Hassie Russ; as well as a host of cousins, aunties and friends. He was predeceased by his mother, Phyllis Joyce Williams Reese.
A service will be held by the family at a later date.
